Three Phase Model

Privileges Are Earned (not given)

 

phase 1

Client is not allowed to leave the house for any reason without an approved senior

resident of the house.

Client required to attend 5 AA/NA/Refuge meetings a week if not currently employed.

The house meeting does not count towards total.

Client curfew is 10PM weeknights and 11PM Friday and Saturday.

Client MUST attend mandatory weekly house meeting.

Client must secure an AA/NA sponsor or Refuge mentor (if they don’t already have one).

Client must have active communication with said sponsor.

Client is not allowed visitors without prior approval from management/staff.

Client must mark of their chore on chore board and whether they are IN/OUT of the

house.


phase 2

Client required to attend 5 AA/NA/Refuge meetings a week. (This doesn’t include weekly

house meeting)

Client must attend mandatory weekly house meeting.

Client must be willing to be an accountability partner for a newer client if need be.

Client curfew is 10PM weeknights and 11PM Friday and Saturday.

Client must have an active relationship with their AA/NA sponsor or Refuge mentor,

working their steps.

Client will share their schedule on house white boards.

Client must take turns with other clients to be weekly peer leader.

Client is not allowed visitors without prior approval from management/staff.


phase 3

Client required to attend 3 AA/NA/Refuge meetings a week.

Client must have an active relationship with AA/NA Sponsor or Refuge mentor.

Client must attend mandatory house meeting unless given permission by staff.

Client must be willing to be an accountability partner for a newer client if need be

 Client curfew is 11PM weeknights and 12AM Friday and Saturday.

 Client will have the opportunity to be given an overnight pass based on discretion of

staff/management.

Client is not allowed visitors without prior approval from management/staff.


ALL PHASES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME BASED ON STAFF DISCRETION

RESIDENTS IN ALL THREE PHASES COME TOGETHER ONCE A WEEK IN A COMMUNITY GROUP ON SUNDAY EVENINGS AND HAVE A MEAL TOGETHER
